Most people who read my entries know that I don't like talking about work. I may have days of major grumpiness but I usually talk (to another person who is involved in the situation or knows the people involved) to get clarity and get it out of my system. Then, I stop and thank that I haven't lost my precious sanity and common sense. When it comes to work-related 'challenges', I like to keep those in the workplace. I don't want to torture my friends and family with that kind of information.
I also do not like talking about the details of what I do, as much as I do not want to know about every tiny detail of other people's jobs. I don't really care what reports you ran that day, how much the company made that week, or how much markup your company has on items it sels. Besides, those are confidential company information. Company information is considered confidential if there is value associated with it remaining confidential or if its improper disclosure could result in harm to the company. Confidential information can be in written, electronic or verbal form.
One more thing, please do not talk about your coworkers' personal lives (if you know them that well) with other people. It's just not right.

I have been involved in the tech-industry for...ever, it seems. There are so many things that I really would love to write about. However, I have not been quite sure if it's the right thing to do. Not that I was thinking that I wanted to separate my work & personal life -- I just didn't want my blog entries to sound too serious about technology 'stuff'. I know, I know. It doesn't have to be. So yes, I decided to start posting entries on technology -- old & new. I haven't decided on the first 'objective' entry yet. But, soon.
