Dancing with the Stars
Last night, the couples performed two dances. I was switching between channels because I didn't want to miss House as well. I have to say that I was most impressed with Cristian Dela Fuente. I found out at the end of the show that he also scored the highest. Yes -- I skipped through the scores and waited till the end.
Anyway, the past few weeks got me thinking about how the show is supposed to be celebrity-centered. However, when a celebrity is stuck with a very unlikeable professional dancer, they end up getting less votes than they deserve. For example, Mario. I think he has really great potential. Unfortunately, his dance partner comes off as being very conceited, whiny, and over-confident. I think she's a great dancer. It's possible that the producers are trying to portray her that way to add spice/controversy to the show. I don't think it's helping.

Eliminated this week: Mario & Karina
American Idol
Don't forget to vote:
Tonight's theme is songs from the Rock & Roll hall of fame. Here're some spoilers (from MJ) for tonight's show:
Jason Castro - "I Shot the Sherrif" by Bob Marley/Eric Clapton & "Mr. Tambourine Man" By Bob Dylan/Byrds.
David Archuleta - "Stand By Me" By Ben E. King & "Love Me Tender" with Norah Jones' version
Syesha Mercado - "Proud Mary" by Ike and Tina Turner & "A Change is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke
David Cook - "Hungry Like the Wolf" by Duran Duran & "Baba O'Reilly" by the Who.
I'm ready for a semi-shocker-elimination tomorrow.
oohh.. so i take it people don't like Archuleta?? Or did they not read the poll correctly? Personally, I thought he's really good! JC should leave in my opinion.
Hi Shemah -- I have a feeling that they didn't read the poll correctly. Based on last night's performances, I think (IMO) JC should go.
