Tuesday this week, one of my coworkers brought a basket full of home grown lemons. I grabbed three extra large pieces and one 'palm-size'. The palm-sized lemon is a perfect replacement for a stress ball.

Stress balls are commonly found in cubicles to help relieve stress/stress injuries, muscle tension, or exercise the muscles of the hand.
Lemon balls are environmentally friendly. You can also throw them at someone who's causing you stress.

New Amsterdam (Spoiler Alert)
New Amsterdam aired its pilot on Tuesday, this week. This is the perfect show for those of us who are fascinated with death & at the same time enjoy watching crime dramas.

From the Fox website, the pilot is summarized as:

He has had many lives as he has roamed the city of New York for the past 400 years searching for his one true love.
