What Now?

« Cajun Crabhouse Take II |Main| The Liar »

As usual, I felt like I was working for 80 hours this week. I've been meaning to post my entry at night but I just felt too tired and wanted to go under the covers and snooze.

I really liked most of the performances this week (video series below). I loved the 'horror movie-like' performance of Neil & Lauren. Sabra and D-Trix's hiphop routine was brilliant. Danny and Anya performed a dramatic routine by Tyce. Pasha and Sara performed a butt-kickin' west coast swing routine by Heidi & Benji. Who else did I miss? Lacey & Kameron's 'hustle' aka east coast swing was pretty good. I even liked Shana & Cedric's latin number. But I have to say that I did not like Hok's & Jaime's waltz. Jaime was wonderful. I'm just not a big Hok fan. I think he looked really awkward.

About the ongoing discussion on Danny's performance, I think the guy is just amazing. But I can totally see what they mean about his 'dancing like he already won the competition'.

I still think he's awesome. I'm not sure if it's arrogance. I think it might be that he lacks warmth in his dancing. I presume that he's one of those guys who always get misinterpreted. But, if you are someone who has that much talent and discipline, and it shows that you are confident in your dancing -- that shouldn't be thought as arrogance. Whatever it is that's missing or coming of as a negative vibe, I hope he finds or overcomes it.

As for favorites, I'm not sure yet. My top two choices keep changing each week. Everyone left is just amazing.
