It's only my second day on the 6-Week plan and I'm ready to give up. I've always admitted the fact that I cannot diet. I only did this so that my husband would stick with his plan.
I've never eaten so much steak in a day!!! I'm ready to ****!
I started yesterday. For breakfast, I had a 3oz. steak and 3 egg whites. My mid-morning snack was a 3 oz. steak and a cup of greens. Lunch was a 3oz. piece of chicken breast, half a cup of rice, and half a cup of greens. My mid-afternoon snack was a 3 oz. steak with half of a grapefruit. Dinner was a 3oz. steak and a cup of mixed veggies. I had an evening snack of half a grapefruit.
I'm having my second-day breakfast as I write this. I'm going to throw away half of it.
That's it. I'm quitting the plan today. This is torture. I'm going back to my old routine -- eat in moderation. My eating habits aren't bad -- I eat anything I want so as long as I eat in moderation.
