There is no greater bias than our desire to see ourselves in a positive light. We do not want to see any faults in ourselves, and we want to think that we are full of virtues. This bias will prevent us from taking an honest look at ourselves and objectively finding our faults and limitations. -Dvar Torah (based on a book by Zelig Pliskin)
We all have our own faults and we can not always presume reasons behind certain things said and certain things done without LISTENING and UNDERSTANDING all sides of the situation.
Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way as you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. -Matthew 7:1-2
I have to admit that there are a few things bothering me right now. But, that's how it is. We learn from every experience, regardless of how these experiences manifest in our lives.
There is nothing I can do or say that could make a difference. I didn't give up. The situation has just gotten out of hand and I am not directly involved. I am not in the position to do or say anything at this point. I can only hope and pray for a positive resolution.
